Random stuff. Started with hamstring curls (the little things...) did some assistance that I would have ended up doing tomorrow.
Bunches of hamstring curls.
Overhead work.180 was heavy and 210 didn't lock out.
Barbell rows 275x10 and I deleted the video on accident.
3 sets of power shrugs,455 x12-15.
Steinborn lift and calf work.
100lb hammer curls x4.Form wasn't the worst.
And rotator work.
If violence doesnt solve your problems, youre not using enough of it
