First day home and tired . Took a short nap this morning then made myself get up around 12 .
took 1.5 scoops of c4. Had a nice extra kick compared to 1 scoop

245x6( last week did sets of 3 with 250, messed up but it's ok as more reps were done)
195x8. This turns into cardio But felt great to be doing higher reps again
3 minute rest on the squats.
Straight leg dead lifts with snatch grip
205x8. 60 second rest on these
Total time 40 minutes Had to cut grass this evening and it was almost 5 when I finished lifting.
