Pretty decent session today. Feel a little beat up, but thats to be expected I think.

Bench + 5 pounds - 5 reps
95 x 5

210 x 5 - could have had a few more, but set up wrong on this one, was a little too far forward on the bench

DB Row + 5 pounds. Minimum reps. Seems its as much my obliques that are bugging me as my back and this hammers everything back there pretty hard

Lying Triceps Extension

60 x 2 - wasn't going well, shut these down. I'm going to run at it with 50 next time and then see if I can find that one cambered bar that isn't fixed weight. The jump from 50 to 60 is too much if I'm going for a decent number of reps

Cable Row - Log Grip + 20 pounds

160 x 8 - my only option is increments of 20 pounds as some jerkoff broke all the little incremental plates you can put on top of the stacks
