Wow, didn't see the posts of support until just now, when I'm getting ready to post lift session. Thanks a lot fellas. It's not easy at all but I guess I'm pretty lucky regarding my 'glass half full'. Not gonna babble anymore about it because it's not something I can control. Lifted today and here it goes:

Second session back after almost a 2 month break.
Squat

Bench press - paused
135x8

135x8 - no pause, touch 'n go

Pull ups
Bodyweight 4 sets of 5 supersetted with the bench

Couldn't believe how sore I was from last time for 4 days and it was only the bar! These all felt good the bench was tougher obviously and that's why I just touched on last set. But form feels really good. Getting excited again.
