Weekend was alrigth...smashing some more Iron to get ready for next meet. I'm checking out an RPS meet on 18 May in New Jersey. It is also an XPC qualifier. Is going to be a big meet. In the mean time...I start today with Cardio....I hate Cardio but I have a Physical Training Test next month (Push ups, sit ups & 2 miles).
As always, took 2 scoops of Juggernaut Hp, stretch some and begin with my cardio. Use one more scoop for intra work out during the whole bench press session. Excellent pump, texhausted because the cardio but everyrhing went smooth. Did 12 sets because reduce the numbers of reps in the finals sets...however, total weigth and total reps is coming up...
