Barbell row: 62.5kg 5x5
Barbell curls: 20kg 3x12
All 3 sets of bench were rep PBs, beating previous PBs by 1 rep. The rows were a PB aswell. Great workout considering i was out drinking on both saturday and sunday night. Felt a bit sick during the squats but it went away enough to allow me to continue.
