I'm breaking rest protocol for this week. Only resting one whole day between the last of week three and the first of week four so I can get all my sessions in before I go on holiday next week. This will be my first vacation in at least three years and I will get to see my dad's side of the family, which hasn't happened in the same span of time. Hoping this rain clears up so I can go lift :/
