I'm going to work wraps in as an overload movement every couple weeks.
I'm thinking one session every couple weeks work up to a big double in wraps, then drop down 10% for a few sets of whatever reps I can hit?
Good idea? Or is there a better way of working them in to training, knowing you're not going to be using them at a meet?
