2nd week of AM training started today. I felt great. I am certain that I have 95% adjusted to this. My energy levels were good and I didn't feel light headed at all.
I drank a cup of coffee with 15ish grams of Whey iso before my workout.
After that I began drinking water and drank water throughout the session.
I still kept the assistance work scaled back a hair.
This was easily the smoothest workout I've had since making the switch to AM training.
