It's just happening right now, I am kind of eating when I am hungry and making sure that I am getting enough protein in every day and letting things go as they please. At this rate if I can get down below 185 then I will try to maintain at that weight so I can compete in the 181's when the time comes.
No training this weekend, got caught up with other things but I am back at it again tomorrow!
