Really, really impressed with that squat Al - you seemed to sit back well, were upright, and I thought dept was spot on (hard to tell exactly, but I paused it and looked good to me) Really cool you are approaching a 500 raw squat.

Bench equally impressive really at 3PPS. Seems like this raw work was the right thing for you to do.
