Yeah. Cambered bar is used because I get elbow pain from heavy straight bar squats which lasts around a week or so. Not good for continued heavy training. Will throw in a straight bar session soon though, just to keep my eye in.
As for the bench, I'll video next week's session just to show you all I can manage it
Will be 142.5kgs for a single or double on Thursday.
