: 2.5 scoops on bench + accessory day
After the past week off (spring break – woot!), I was a little worried about today’s workout. Thus I bumped it up to 2.5 scoops today. And holy crap, the increase in energy from that extra 0.5 scoop was insane. I was so jazzed for my top set – kinda pissed I didn’t crush it but I had fairly high energy throughout the entire workout
Focus going in to the top set was insane, but unfortunately my spotter jumped the gun on the lift-off so it kinda screwed over my top set – after that it was tough to focus but I was able to muster enough focus to hit my upper body with some serious volume.
Pump in the tricep and bicep department was insane today. Shoulder/tricep/ and back pump was lacking a bit, but it happens. Also had a nice little upper back pump which is rare for me but felt nice
