Hey all, sorry for not checking in recently. I was on spring break for the past week where I completely did not follow the CBL protocol.

thus, I'm going to continue on CBL as a I saw results in the strength and size dept, but this time I'm doing it right, and going to perform the 10-day ULC prep phase. Today is day one
