Some say it's okay but the majority of sources suggest not using supplements of that nature until after the body has had time to fully develop 18y/o (??). Even though creatine and most other supplements are found to a degree in foods they're not as concentrated as they are in powder/pill form, so although some put that argument/reasoning forward, it's not the best way to think about it.
