I would be ok losing strength to get rid of all of this fat. I need to lose 80 to 100 so I expect to lose some strength, but I'll make sure to do it the right way.
JB: I'm alright, morale is a little low and foot isn't 100% but I'm here. I keep sleeping later and later I'm not sure if that's just me trying to get better or being lazy since I haven't moved from here in over a week.
