I've power cleaned and strict pressed 60kg (~132lbs)! Um, yeah, so not all that close, really.
Dumbbells, I suspect I could do 2 x 30kg, because I used to do DB press, and I should still be able to do a decent weight with them (relative to my other lifts, I mean). Then again, I used to press one at a time, so... not so sure. :/
edit: I can push
press a good deal more than that, but 200lbs might be a bit much, even so, lol.
