Thanks for comments, guys. JD - I'm doing nothing for the injury apart from babying it a bit, but it seems to be recovering.

Sunday

My fitness and grip are pretty rubbish at the moment, so I couldn't do much more weight than on SLDLs last week. However, the good news is that the shoulder injury is getting better, and I could use a bit more on standing DB shoulder press. I put the belt on this week, which also helps.

Tried a heavier weight on rows, but it was a bit too much at the moment - had to retreat to 95.
