Notes: Got a strange pain in my throat, feels like something is about to burst whenever I take a big breath or swallow and it forced me to go real easy on the Squat and it sucked. Did a shitload of assistancework for legs and upper back to compensate. Had a rough weekend (working nights) so tomorrow will be rest&eat day. Pressing PBs tuesday and deadlifting wednesday. Trying to get in some heavy squats on tues aswell if im feeling better.
