10 minutes of wokring out has been proven to be catabolic. Also, overtraining is the devil. Beware!
Moving right along, I agree that Youtube is a good place to look. or she could just try Off Road's suggestions there. Either way, it'll be better than something that's probably designed to fail a person, and costs money on top of that.
