Db single arm over head press's
65x8,5,5,5

Db single arm snatch to press
65 x5x5

Db shrugs
65's x20x 3 with a pause and slow negative each rep

Barbell upright row
145x10. Stopped at one set , fore arm did not like these for some reason

Band pull apart ( side lateral )
Green band folded for 2 parts x20x3

Band pull apart ( rear fly)
Folded to 3 parts x 15x3

I really like the bands for pull aparts instead of dumbbells. More consistant tension .


Really good work out in 35 minutes total . Shoulders feel great. I like how the core feels on single arm db standing press and also the snatch press. Good total body workout , maybe even like cardio

I found my right arm can push more reps then my left. I'm going to start doing db press more often one arm at a time. Build them even
