50% for triples. Done quickly, but fookin' heck everything hurt today. Triceps, quads, lower back. Should be fine for Sunday though!
I'm thinking of changing up my eating habits a little. Since I'm not getting as much protein from powder as I thought I was, so the shakes don't seem as worthwhile. I figured out that instead of a bunch of powder in water which tastes bad and then a small meal alongside it, I could have a 4 pint carton of milk with only 4 scoops of protein, 6 boiled eggs and 4 beef patties and some fruit for approximately 2500 cals and 250g of protein. That might taste a bunch better too and probably give me more energy for gym straight after the day. So I might trial that for a week.
