Default IronWill's Bulldozer Log

Starting Bulldozer program today and a new log for it. Bulldozer is rep goal combined with rest/pause. Sets are done using the same weight. Bump the weight up when the rep goal is met. Starting off a little lighter than what I have been doing to get the feel for the program and find my groove.
