Day 10

Use 2 Juggernaut HP scoops with cold water...went nice and smooth! Feel the hurry to start jumping and screaming within the first 15 minutes. Start with a nice stretch and warm up and jump right away with a 225 x 35 reps...ck the video in the challenge thread...

Warm up

* Stretch Jumping Jacks/ sumo stance stretching and stretching with bands

225lbs x 35 reps (10 minutes break after this)

incline sit ups with 45 lbs plate

6 x 15

Good Mornings

3 225lbs x 10

Hyper Extension

3 x 20 w/ 45lbs plate


Hip Thrust

3 225lbs x 20


I'm freaking hurtttttt!!!!!!! Drink 2 more scoops during the training session as intra work out!!! Will see how I wake up tomorrow. So far no jittery, no headache, no anxious. Felt rush during almost 1.5 hour of exercise but fell good so far...other than my lower back and legs are crying for a bed!!! See you tomorrow. Will be running, stepper (cardio day), and some swimming and probably some more STRETCHING...!!!
