Tried to work on form as best i could with deadlifts. Whereas before i would always push to absolute failure where i couldnt do another rep, lately i've been stopping the set when form doesnt feel great. Much prefer this, even if im not getting as many reps.
Front squat: 45kg 5×5 - felt heavier than it looked on video. But thats always the case. These dont hurt my knees, whereas with back squats its a lottery.
