Tried to work on form as best i could with deadlifts. Whereas before i would always push to absolute failure where i couldnt do another rep, lately i've been stopping the set when form doesnt feel great. Much prefer this, even if im not getting as many reps.

Front squat: 45kg 55 - felt heavier than it looked on video. But thats always the case. These dont hurt my knees, whereas with back squats its a lottery.

Close Grip Bench: 65kg x3 PB, 55kg 8,7,6 cgbp 65x3 - YouTube

Deadlift: 110kg x3 PB, 90kg x5 110kgx3 deadlift - YouTube

Press: 35kg 10,8,8 with fat gripz. Volume PB?
