Thanks Al! Funny, I remember when I started all I wanted to do was squat 315 for reps. I thought that was the pinacle of strength, now I call it nothing special. haha. Weird how the horizon shifts, eh?

Bit of a hiccup today. I was ripping up some deadlifts, I mean RIPPING them up like nothing, but must have got squirrley with 350 as I felt something in my low back/hip and had to stop immediately. It's still sore now, but easing up. Ice and some Ibuprophen and I'm sure I'll be fine next week. No worries.
Pissed I ruined a damn good deadlift day though. I don't get many of those!
BIG week 15 finito
Warmups: active hamstring stretches and a few reverse hypers and 2 sets of swings
0x 350 tweaked back at knees, dropped it and stopped. Stupid.
Back yoga, ice and some low back decompression.
Mad at myself for not fully concentrating on that lift. Things were going so good, I was seeing 405 in my mind, and effed up 350 somehow. Bitter.
I'll get it next time though. No worries.
