I have been sick all week with a virus. Finally been able to eat and keep it on my stomach for the last 36hrs. Decided I would workout, but try to keep things light.

Deadlifts- raw, traditional stance
deadlift off 100lb plate, no belt
Overall a pretty good day for being sick all week. The 275 and the dumbbells were all the most I have done since the surgery.
Best meet lifts: 1040squat, 730 bench, 730 deadlift
Best total: 1040-680-730=2450
