I've been lurking for quite a while, and now I thought I'd start posting.
I'm a guy in my 30s and have been lifting for about two years, more seriously the last six months. My focus is on improving my powerlifting numbers. I might do a competition some day but for now I'm just trying to build up my strength.
I've been posting regularly on other forums, but I thought I could use the advice of some of the guys on here.
