Thanks OMP! Indeed, it did lift my spirits. However, I was a grump yesterday because my lower back was very achy and sore. I was worried I may have re-injured it again. I was a bit confused how I could have done that with such light weight. However, as it turns out, today it is just fine, so I now know it was just sore from the work and not an injury.

I'll be good to go Saturday.
