NOTES
Partner was late and then trained light due to upcoming 8K, so this was pretty much a solo session. Added weight to everything. Toes hate standing calf raises, may have to try something different. Hit a PR on my heavy set of squats, probably could have pushed out another rep or two. Just didn't have the gas for a twenty repper right after.
