I've been mostly intermittent fasting but I have come to the conclusion that I really need to learn how to cook more. Meathead Cookbook is going to be my way of learning plus sharing how to cook with other people.
I've ordered out pretty much every day. Cost me way too much money and I know I'm not eating healthy but I'm getting something in me.
