Nice closing for the second cycle. I'm now into kg fields I never done before and that's a good sign of progress. In addition I will track my assistance efforts to start keeping a progress record in those and not just do some light work without a goal. Im also skipping the deload week, f$#k that, I'm going straight to cycle no.3.
