Hello all, I've been reading some of the threads around here for a long while and finally decided to make a profile. Some of you may know me from other forums. I've been lifting 3 years but only 2 where more serious and am doing the 5/3/1 for a little more than a year now. Those that know me from forums might know I have an odd sense of humor but mean know harm.

My current maxes are as follows
Bench: 315
Squat: 440
Deadlift: 405(raw) 500+ (straps)

My goal at the moment is to get under 200lbs because I'm carrying too much fat. My lifts might suffer but I feel unhealthy at my current 250lbs.

Long term goal is to bench 400-500, squat more than 600, and deadlift more than 600. I'm one of those rare guys that squats more than I deadlift plus I took pretty naturally to squatting so I think I can do this in 4-5 years.
