What's Your Program?
When I first started lifting all I did was tried to lift heavy and then plateaued for a month or so. Now I'm trying a different approach. Instead of lifting heavy every week, I'm cycling it.
It's a two week cycle where one week is for volume at a lighter weight, and the next is the heaviest I can go. I've made amazing strength gains with this approach.
