Another AM workout this morning. Bench press and associated assistance. I didn't get a solid nights sleep last night. I think this had an impact on overall performance.
It was a struggle to get up and out of bed. And I really didn't have much "get up and go" during this session. I got through it and it wasn't necessarily a bad session. It was a great session either.
Observation: If you're going to train fasted first thing in the morning, make sure to get enough sleep.
