Wow, what a change a couple months can bring. So my wife of 10 years and I are divorcing, her choice not mine. I've had to find a place to move into as I don't want the mortgage on my own. No kids thank goodness. It's been a hectic and troubling couple of months. I finally 'lifted' again last night. Very light just to get moving again.

Damn I sure have missed lifting with the stuff going on in my life. Sure feels good to just feel a bar on my back or in my hands. Thanks for the support and encouragement you all have shown me. I haven't disappeared just working on figuring things out.
