ME Squat Day

Tonight was crazy bell squats with the straight bar, whoa these were cool, really torched the legs nicely. I hit a max of 135 kg + 30 kg in hanging plates. That means I need to get 21kg out of knee wraps and no hanging plates, if I cant do that by now I am gonna take up knitting. Squats felt great tonight, I really hope I have sorted the bar positioning thing out as I felt like I could get tighter and stay in a much better groove last night. Anyways I did volume backoffs after and these blew me up. I then hit leg curls and some hip thrusts to finish off my leg muscles, walking to the shower after was great, felt like Ronnie Coleman LOL
