New to the forum and powerlifting
Hello y'all! I'm 46 and been working out on and off, sometimes more off than on, since the early 90's. I've never truly had a real purpose to my workout, but recently decided that powerlifting is what I want.
I can use all the input I can get as I feel like a noob to the powerlifting world.
