Did my second fasted session this morning. Power Cleans, Squats, Crunches/SLDL in that order. The first couple sets of Power Cleans I felt sluggish and a bit nauseous, but that subsided.
I have to say I felt great after that. My energy levels were great as was my endurance. I did the same as yesterday, having a big cup of coffee and heavy whipping cream before my session.
I have to say, I figured I would get used to training this way, but I thought it would be a week or so. However, I think I am already getting used to it.
And I love it! It is great. There is no better way to start the day. It gets the blood pumping and endorphins flowing.
Instead of rolling out of bed and dragging ass to work to be around a bunch of a-holes, I get to take a bit of time to myself and smash heavy ass weight!
