ME Squat Day

Wow, I did crazy bell squats with the cambered bar today, freakin awesome, completely destroyed my legs, really awkward lift, I loved it. I maxed at 131.5kg with 30kg of plates hanging, I then repped triples and doubles. I finished with 12 fast doubles for sumo pulls and high rep band GMs. Great night of lifting.
