Warm up for 5 min on elliptical
250x3. Used knee wraps and my knees feel much more stable. Also my lower back felt great today and really made squatting feel better all around.
The plan was to do 245 x3x5 sets like last week but the 245 set felt to easy so I added 5.
Will add weight next week for first set and do Vins RPT style.
Straight leg dead lift with a snatch grip
185x10 with versa grips
Leverage machine squat( close stance)
195+10x20. This had me layin down gasping for air after. Who needs cardio?
Done in 40 minutes
Note: dead lift will be every other week. Subbed with straight leg dead lift.
