Let's see if I can clear some things up.
Chapatis are an East Indian version of tortillas/flatbread. They can be eaten anytime...usually with a curry of some sort.
Sarvpriy - Do you eat any eggs, cheese &/or yogurt, fish, or seafood, or do you only eat vegetables?
- Daal (split peas), beans, and various nuts are also good sources of protein which you can incorporate into your diet (google vegetarian sources of protein for more options).
- I would not use the "fat burner" either. With the knowledge resource on this forum we can get you a diet/meal plan.
