The joys of video. After uploading to youtube, posting here, and then finally re-watching, it occurs to me that after rep 5, I am no long at parallel. And it gets worse each rep to the end.

Prepare. Showing up dehydrated, hungry, and tired will guarantee failure.
Be ready to fight for that grinder of a PR.
Listen and learn. Absorb everything you can, and assimilate that knowledge.
