HI Bro Thanks for the advice...but please kindly guide me for protien intake.

I am taking ON Platinum Whey Protien i.e. on scoop of Whey Protien (approx 30 gm) after my workout..

Is this one scoop of Whey Protien is enough for the whole day after workout or should I increase the amount...

And also should I increase Whey protien scoops because I am Vegetarian..
