Deads Warm Ups 135x5 225x3 315x3 ~ Left hip is sore.
Deads Lockout at 452 caused bad pain in the upper Left Glute, dropped to 405.
405x1/1/1 ~ Lockouts were painful
RDLs ~ Sore
BB Rows ~ Didnt do, pain bending at the hips.
Misc Bicep Work.
~Good session minus the hip/glute pain. Will attempt to work around.
Consistently strong on all lifts Gasper ... hopefully that hip pain is nothing major ... keep smashing the wts. buddy ...
