Deads Lockout at 452 caused bad pain in the upper Left Glute, dropped to 405.

Leg Curls

Seated Calves
200x10/10/10

BB Rows ~ Didnt do, pain bending at the hips.

Misc Bicep Work.

~Good session minus the hip/glute pain. Will attempt to work around.
Consistently strong on all lifts Gasper ... hopefully that hip pain is nothing major ... keep smashing the wts. buddy ...

I'm yet to see you missing a bench session due to work ... ... you love your bench ... don't you ...
