So I put shoulders off last night to make sure chest was ok to feel out the super ram for a few sets of bench .
Tonight's session I used Vins RPT style for the rep range.
Wu front press on leverage machine
Ez bar front press's
155x14 Will add weight next time
Leverage machine front press
Through in a little bench work to feel the ram out
My thoughts on the super ram: I should have got the x large . I read a lot of comments and really thought the large would for me but it's to tight.
It squeezes my arms tight and barely let's me come down to my chest with only 185. Maybe with more weight it will be better. It really does sling the weight out the bottoms though. I'll feel it out next time I work chest, If I don't like it I will sell it an get the x large.
9 lbs x15x3 ( dropped weight and went with slow controlled reps )
Rear delt side raise
40x12,10,10 These were tough
Leverage machine shrugs
Rope curls for fore arms
5 lbs x 3 sets of 3 ups and downs
Total time 50 minutes.
Great session over all, I like vins RPT style reps.
Will go for 195 next time
