With extensive use of diet pills and weight loss stuff including ephedrine, I have found that none of it is really good for "weight loss" in regards to just stripping weight. Having a good control on diet and getting good exercise is best. The pills and stuff only help give you energy on the deficit.
Word of advice, definitely should "cycle" them or else you will burn out your nervous system like I have. Just a forewarning.
