3/8: Woke this morning weighing 171.4lbs :/

the ULC day must have flushed out a decent amount of glycogen stores - I will plan to eat more than 1g/lb of fat and protein on ULC days from now on as I didn't quite go to bed satiated. No worries, I leave for spring break tomorrow so I'll use the last few weeks as a learning experience -I've definitely recompped in the pat few weeks!

Definitely going to be adding in some high GI carbs on off days to help slowly gain weight or increase overall cals on ULC days
