Forgot to log the workout yesterday after getting home sat down watched some TV while cooking dinner and fell out right after snowy/rainy weather usually makes me tired for some reason.

Squats - Warm up 1x135x5, 1x185x5, 1x260x8, 1x260x6, 1x260x7
Bench Press - Warm up 1x135x5, 1x185x5, 1x225x9, 1x225x10, 1x225x7(will aim for more 5lb increase next session
DB Incline - 3x70x10
Wide grip pull ups - 2xBWx10, 1xBWx9
Barbell Rows -3x140x10
Lying Tricep Extensions - 3x55x10
EZ Bar Curls- 2x55x10, 1x55x9
DB lateral raises - 3x25x10 (gonna start with 30lbs next session)
Rear delt raises - 3x25x10 (gonna start with 30lbs next session)
Rotary Calf Machine - 3x135x10
BW Glute Ham Raises - 1xBWx9, 2xBWx5
Cable Crunches - 3x70x15
