Another great workout!
Managed to do 2x200lbs on bench, last three sets at a lighter weight because of rotator cuff pain.
Increased my weighted dips PR to 1x80lbs.. from now on I'll be working with minimum 60lbs
Overall, I'll be doing some rotator cuff light work at home between sessions, I think the heavy weights are exposing that weakness now.
As for the spreadsheet, I worked quite a lot on it tonight, improved it insanely and I'm amazed at what it looks like! Should upload it tomorrow.
